Curry leaves chatney / karbevina chutney

Ingredients : 1 cup = 250 ml

  • Grated coconut (fresh) - 1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves - 7 to 8
  • Green chilly - 1 (depending upon your spicy level) 
  • Hing - a pinch
  • Salt - according to taste
  • Water ~ 1/4 cup

Time : 5 minutes
Servings : 2 

Method :
Step 1. Grate coconut. In a mixy bowl add grated coconut, curry leaves, green chilly, hing and salt. Add 1/4 cup of water. 


Step 2. Grind to fine paste. Transfer to serving bowl. 


Step 3. Enjoy with dosa Or idli!
