Eerulli mosaru bajji / onion mosaru bajji

Ingredients : 1 cup = 250 ml
  • Onion - 1 medium sized
  • Coriander leaves - 2 table spoons (optional) 
  • Curd - 1/2 cup
  • Green chilly - small one
  • Salt - according to taste
For seasoning :
  • Garlic - 7 to 8 cloves
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil - 1 teaspoon
Method :
Step 1. Finely chop onion and coriander leaves. Mix well. 


Step 2. Add half cup of curd and salt according to taste.


Step 3. Mix well.


Step 4. For seasoning,  on LOW flame,  splutter mustard seeds along with crushed garlics in oil.


Step 5. When mustard splutters, season it on onion and curd mixture. Mix well.  Enjoy with rice!
