Masala majjige / masala butter milk is a summer drink, which is very tasty.
Ingredients : 1 cup = 250 ml
- Curd - 1/2 cup (or butter milk - 2 cups)
- Coriander leaves - 2 table spoons (after chopping)
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Green chilly - 1/2
- Salt - according to taste
Method :
Step 1. Wash and chop coriander leaves, ginger and green chilly.
Step 2. Grind all chopped ingredients, adding little amount of water to make fine paste.
Step 3. Now add 1/2 cup of curd and grind for a second (if you are using butter milk, then no need to grind).
Step 4. Pour it to a vessel, add 2 cups of water and salt according to taste and mix well.
Step 5. Enjoy!
Tips:
Additionally add some curry leaves while grinding.
