Kosambari / veg salad
Kosambari / veg salad is a tasty and nutritious recipe which can be prepared in short amount of time.

Ingredients : 1 cup =250 ml
  • Grated carrot - 1/2 cup
  • Soaked moong dal - 2 table spoons
  • Coriander leaves - 1 table spoon (chopped)
  • Lemon juice - 2 to 3 drops
  • Salt - according to taste
Time : 15 minutes
Servings : 2 to 3

Method :
Step 1. Soak moong dal in water about 10 minutes and drain its water. Meanwhile grate carrot. Chop coriander leaves well. Mix all prepared ingredients, add salt according to taste.



Step 2. Sprinkle lemon juice on salad. Mix well.


Step 3. Enjoy! 


Tips :
  • Additionally you may also add sprouts like moong.
