Ingredients: 1 cup = 250 ml
- Palak leaves - 5 to 6
- Ginger - 2 inches
- Tamarind - small gooseberry sized ball
- Green chilly - 1
- Wheat flour - 1 to 1.5 cups (according to quantity of ground palak mixture)
- Salt - according to taste

Method:
Step 1. Grind palak leaves along with ginger, tamarind, green chilly and little amount of water. Blend to fine paste.
