Method:
Step 1. Wash and chop methi leaves.

Step 2. Wash and chop potato to small pieces. Chop green chilly too.

Step 3. In a thick bottomed kadai, add oil (1 tbl spoon), cumin seeds (1 teaspoon), mustard seeds (1 teaspoon), curry leaves and crushed garlic (4 to 5 cloves).

Step 4. When mustard splutters add chopped green chilly and potato. Mix well.

Step 5. Add turmeric powder (1/2 teaspoon) and mix well.

Step 6. Now add chopped methi. Just close the lid for two minutes (no need to mix now).

Step 7. Open the lid and mix well. Add salt (according to taste).

Step 8. Leave it for two to three minutes. Then saute continuously for one more minute. Check whether potato is cooked well or not.

Step 9. Enjoy with chapati or rice.
