Ingredients: 1 cup = 250 ml
- Ragi flour - 1 cup
- Water - 3/4 cup
- Onion - 1 (medium sized)
- Tomato - 1 (medium sized)
- Coriander leaves - 2 table spoons(after chopping)
- Curry leaves - 1 strand
- Mustard seeds - 1 tspoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 tspoon
- Salt ~ 1.5 tspoons
- Ghee - 3 tspoons
Step 1. Finely chop onion, tomato and coriander leaves.
Step 5. Pour water (3/4 cup) and allow it to boil.
Step 6. Pour 1 cup of ragi flour exactly at the center of the kadhai.
Step 7. Close the lid for about 5 minutes (on LOW FLAME). Then turn off the stove.
Step 8. Now mix well.
Step 11. Serve hot with sambar / huruli saaru / garlic chutney. Enjoy!
