Wheat flour laddu / hittina laadu
Ingredients: 1 cup = 250 ml
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup 
  • Cardamom - 3 to 4

Method: 
Step 1. In a thick bottomed kadai , roast wheat flour(1 cup) by adding 1/4 cup of ghee till you get aroma. Turn off the stove. 



Step 2. Grind sugar (1 cup) and cardamom(3 to 4) together into powder.

 


Step 3. Pour ground sugar powder to roasted wheat flour kadai and mix well.

 



Step 4. Pour another 1/4 cup of ghee to wheat flour mixture, mix well. Prepare laddu, before it  cools.

 

Step 5. Enjoy!
