Raw banana outer skin gojju / Baale kayi sippe gojju
Raw banana outer skin gojju / Baale kayi sippe gojju is a side dish.

Ingredients: 1 cup = 100 ml
  • Raw bananas - 10 small sized or 2 big sized
  • Grated coconut - 1 cup
  • Green chilly - 2 (if you want spicy then add more)
  • Hing - 1/4 tspoon
  • Salt - for taste

For seasoning:
  • Urad dal - 1 tspoon
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tspoon
  • Curry leaves - 1 strand
  • Hing - a pinch


Method:

Step 1. Wash and cook raw bananas, allow it to cool. Remove its outer skin, keep aside.
 
 

Step 2: Grind outer skin of  raw banana with grated coconut, green chillies and hing in small amount of water.
 

Step 3: Make a fine paste, add salt as required. Mix well.


 

Step 4: Season it with urad dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves and a pinch of hing.



Step 5: Mix well and enjoy it with rice.
