Ingredients: 1 cup = 100 ml
- Raw bananas - 10 small sized or 2 big sized
- Grated coconut - 1 cup
- Green chilly - 2 (if you want spicy then add more)
- Hing - 1/4 tspoon
- Salt - for taste
For seasoning:
- Urad dal - 1 tspoon
- Mustard seeds - 1 tspoon
- Curry leaves - 1 strand
- Hing - a pinch
Method:
Step 1. Wash and cook raw bananas, allow it to cool. Remove its outer skin, keep aside.
Step 2: Grind outer skin of raw banana with grated coconut, green chillies and hing in small amount of water.
Step 3: Make a fine paste, add salt as required. Mix well.
Step 4: Season it with urad dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves and a pinch of hing.
Step 5: Mix well and enjoy it with rice.
