This recipe is very good for summer season and I recommend you to try it. It is simple also.
Ingredients: 1 cup = 100 ml
- Lemon grass - 2 long grass blades
- Ginger - 3 to 4 small pieces
- Green chilly - 1/4 (small piece)
- Curd - 1 cup (if you have buttermilk then you can add directly in step)

Step 1: Chop lemon grass and ginger (as shown in above pic). Grind along with a piece of green chilly in water.

After draining. Keep it aside |

And add salt |
- You can add 1 teaspoon of grated coconut (in step 1) also.
- You can add lemon juice(1/2 teaspoon) if curd/buttermilk is not sufficiently sour enough.
